I would like to take a moment and thank two organizations in our community. Recently my wife Tia and I experienced a waterline break on our property. Long story short we ended up with a temporary pond in our front lawn! As I am sure, almost everyone can appreciate the sleepless nights and long days that came after regarding the unknown of the extent of damages and repairs.
We quickly contacted the City of Brooks and I can not thank them enough for how quick they acted and with their assistance and advice we were able to contact the right professionals to help to fix the problem. The Utilities workers, specifically Alvin and Brian spent numerous hours both on site assisting us in the fix and over the phone lending advice.
Secondly, I would like to publicly thank Keith and Mike who are the owner and operator of the Bobcat Guy. I’m sure Mike was almost sick of hearing me thank him but they were truly outstanding and professional and not to mention understanding as the scope of work changed several times.
Everyone involved showed great empathy and were very patient with our decision process and all seemed to have the same end goal, to get the job done and to do it right.

We hired The Bobcat Guy to install underground sprinklers, build a fence and landscape our entire yard. They did great work in a timely manner! Keith even took the time to go shopping with me to pick out bushes/plants that would be appropriate for our area (shade/sun). We had a couple issues with one gate and anytime we called The Bobcat Guy to look they came the same day and did what needed to be done to fix it without question. We continue to hire them year after year for spring clean up and sprinkler blow out because their customer service is exceptional!
